But when we recruit someone, or build a team, or look at training needs, what do we usually focus on? Qualifications and experience!

We can introduce you to a range of assessment techniques which give you a means of investigating and quantifying those qualities in people that are harder to pin down.

Whilst no single method can give you 100% guarantees; when you combine a structured interview with personality questionnaires, possibly ability tests or work samples, you will have a much clearer picture of what makes them tick.
